Until we meet again...

When I leave work today, I will have 2 working days left. Tomorrow, BOTH of my bosses are out of town. Which means I'll be bored and have next to nothing to do. Makes for a long day. But then there's Friday, and I am DONE!! I chill over the weekend, pop a baby out Monday morning, and that's that. My family of three becomes a family of four. I relearn how to be Mommy to an infant and enjoy the holidays with my boys.

I thought I might have him yesterday. I was in mucho pain and it was election day. Little Durb shares his name with a president, so I thought it'd be appropriate if he showed up on one of the most historical (albeit disappointing in my opinion) election days ever. But no. He decided against it. Probably so disturbed by the blue on the electoral map that he refused to be a part of experience at all. ::Snicker::

But alas, little Durb, you will be born into our brand new socialist government whether you like it or not. And don't bother to dream. You might as well do nothing and let the rest of the working nation take care of you. Huge load off of me not to have to teach my children to work for anything. Thanks NY, OH, and CA!!

Ahhh, so excited about the holidays. We will be so very broke as I am only getting 60% of my pay check while I'm out, but it'll be fun to be home with both boys. And I'm only taking 10 weeks, so it's not THAT bad. And I've been saving. So we'll be fine. ::Gulp:: Anyone want to buy a kidney? Or anything else I have 2 of? Except children... unless you have a REALLY good offer. ::Chuckle::

Yeah, well...Thursday didn't turn out quite as you expected, did it? Seems baby Carter had other ideas for the end of the week! He's a doll and you are blessed with two, no three, precious boys in your life. Congrats and we love you.~mom
