Amazing how time flies, huh?
Seems like just a few short months ago I was rocking baby Trenton to sleep and tickling his chubby cheeks. Now he's in kidergarten, learning all kinds of new things and being embarassed about the notes I sometimes put in his lunch, lol. Apparently, the other boys at school made fun of him because I sign my notes to him with the picture of a heart and "Mommy". Symbolic of "Love, Mommy". It's the heart drawing that they teased him about. ::Sigh::
Man, I love those little boys. They are my whole entire world.
My life before kids is such a hazy fog. How empty it seems like it was... although I guess it didn't seem that way at the time. I guess you don't realize you're devoid of real fulfillment until you actually experience is. A dimension of life you have no idea exists until the birth of your first pulls you immediately inside that emotional new world.
Since we're done having kids (my birth control is supposedly better than tubes being tied OR a vasectomy), I've been thinking about some sort of token representive of my kids. Jewelry maybe? I even contimplated getting another tattoo... but the one I have is enough for me, plus... where would I put it? The one I have now is very discreet, hidden unless I am in a bathing suit or undies. I like it that way.
Maybe a ring? With their names? I don't know. I see lots of that jewlery that I think is really hocky and disposable looking. I don't want that. I'm going to research today and see what I can come up with. I want something non-grandmaish that I will actually wear. Wish me luck!
We got a new (really cute and really small and INEXPENSIVE) digital video camera off woot.com so expect more videos of my boys in the near future. I love this camera. I played with it for the first time a couple of days ago. It's high def and almost fits completely in your hand. It's so small and cute. And it's NICE. Has lots of cool features and the brand new computer Scott bought me (kinda for me) has lots of cool photo and video editing programs so I'll be posting more media blarg on here. Hurray!!

I found what I want as far as Mommy jewelry!
Of course, MINE will say "Carter and Trenton" on the 3 discs. :D Hurray! I'm so excited! Bought and paid for and hopefully on it's way to me soon.

That necklace is too cute!! Hmmmmmmm, only if I could decide if I am done or not. Sometimes I think I am done and sometimes I think I want another one in a couple of years. I'll have to remember something like that!
