I put him down around 8pm. Carter screamed and cried until 2am this morning. Cried to the point of breathlessness. It was sick. If tonight doesn't go any better, I quit. The length of time he cries is getting LONGER, not shorter. 4 hours is extreme and I refuse to torture him... and myself... for no reason. It's not THAT big of a deal if he sleeps with us a while longer.
I sense a surrender in my near future.

Of course, now he is sleeping peaceful next to me in bed. He's got about 15 minutes before I wake him up. I am going to wear him out today. We'll see how that works...

Hang in there Momma....
Gavin still HATES his crib if we lay him on his back. But, he LOVES to sleep on his stomach.....so that is what we do. I know they are not "supposed to" at this age, but hell......he sleeps if he is in that position. I just keep a very close eye on him. Hope things get better.
geez....i dont have any tricks for u.....we try to get her tummy really full at night. we suppliment with formula....thats what they did in the nicu. but he his so darn cute mommy!
