Trenton is in so.much.trouble. I don't want to discuss what he did. It was bad. Happened at school. Last week, no less. And I'm just now finding out about it.
But he's lost everything. TV. Computer. Boys Scouts. Including the parade this Saturday. I'm not letting him go. And that makes ME sad. I was excited about seeing him and getting to wave to him, etc. And we'd asked my parents to watch the boys Saturday night so we could go to a friend's annual Christmas party, but he'll get to have fun when he's with them, we're staying home and he's not going. Which sucks. Just... sucks.
I'm not one of those paople who believe their child can do no wrong. But it's just so hard to comprehend him doing something that actually "bad". He talks at school. That's our biggest issue. Until now. He's in In School Suspension. He's in first grade. That just insanity.

Hey Girl, I'm so happy to meet you! I'm sorry to hear about your trouble with Trenton, but I think that you're doing the right thing. As hard as it is - he'll learn something. Hang in there and I'll be praying for you!
Thank you. It's so much easier to be a parent when you're kids are being good. :) Struggling between the right thing that teaches and the easy thing that bandaids the situation is hardest part. :)
