1. Collect a bowl full of FRESH snow.
2. Mix to taste with milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. (We liked ours a little bit melty) *Note* I did no measuring. I just poured the stuff in the bowl and tasted as I went.

Trenton REALLY enjoyed making ice cream out of snow from our yard. :) And it made his throat feel better. Hurray!! Thanks, Nana, for texting me and telling me how to do this!

I'm so out of the loop! I didn't even know you could do this until I got a text from my mom today. Of course, I can count the times I've seen snow without grass poking through it on one hand. :)
Glad you guys had the chance to eat snow ice cream. It is such a treat because you don't get to have it often. Making memories....
