Durbin Diary: Wobbly but it counts!

Carter is sitting up! Wobbly and he falls over after he realizes no one is holding on to him, but he's doing it! We've been working on it. He'll be 6 months old tomorrow. Time flies. Mommy's grown up man! I'll have pictures soon, I'm sure.

Speaking of pictures, I'm waiting on my brand new camera! It's a Nikon (I prefer those to what my mom has, a Canon ANY day).

I got several lenses, 2 tripods, a case, 3 seperate light filters, 16G memory card, lens cleaner, card reader, 2 rechargeable batteries, and a battery charger and lots of other stuff. I'm pretty stoked to get it.

My Rockstar. The most personable, outgoing, sweet and energetic little boy you'll ever meet. 8 years old and the most creative child I've met. He loves to draw and has an imagination that you wouldn't belive. Charisma is as natural as breathing to him and he is SO smart! I am constantly complimented about his behavior and manners. People go out of their way to tell me how polite he is. He's got some issues being quiet long enough to listen... but with all the ideas and stories that smart creativity gives him, it's easy to see why. T is the child that makes other people want to have children.

Scott's clone. He's energy and rebellion. He loves to make as much noise as possible... unless someone he doesn't know well is around. Then he's a bit shy. But he's getting more outgoing as the days go by. He requests "cake" almost daily, can drink a capri sun in less than a minute, and is a daredevil. He's resillent and a little crazy. :) He love cars,trains, planes, boats, etc. and can throw a ball like a major league pitcher. He doesn't sit still very long, but he's a sweet little nugget. I love my baby C! Little monkey man.
