The whole plan for today was to take Trenton to see, "Where the Wild Thing Are". I think that's the only thing we DIDN'T do. We've been going since early this morning.
Trenton had a student holiday today. All PISD did, I think.
Trenton's parent/teacher conference was this morning. I guess it was MY conference. Whatever. Anyway, that was at 9:30am, so we dropped carter off at school and went up to Trenton's elementary.
Long story short, based on test scores, Trenton is already WAY above the top of the scale for where he's supposed to be at the end of First Grade. He needs to work more on reading comprehension, but that's because he's trying to read so fast that he's not grasping the details of the story, lol. Main issue is Trenton's focus. Which I knew. Which I think I brought up. But we talked about ways to work on that, so it was a good meeting.
Then Trenton and I went shopping. I'd seen some sweaters I wanted to get the boys pictures made in, so we went and picked those up. Then Trenton and I had lunch.
We picked Carter up about noon and both the boys got haircuts. Then off we went to get pictures. I had a LIST. Pictures I wanted?
