Durbin Diary: Carter gets LOST!

I love LOST. Seriously love it. I'm genuinely emotionally involved. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to see this...

That would be Carter playing with my LOST Season 1 figurine "The Hatch".

There IS some of me in this child!! Hurray!!! And, yes, I'm fully aware of my dorkiness.

My Rockstar. The most personable, outgoing, sweet and energetic little boy you'll ever meet. 8 years old and the most creative child I've met. He loves to draw and has an imagination that you wouldn't belive. Charisma is as natural as breathing to him and he is SO smart! I am constantly complimented about his behavior and manners. People go out of their way to tell me how polite he is. He's got some issues being quiet long enough to listen... but with all the ideas and stories that smart creativity gives him, it's easy to see why. T is the child that makes other people want to have children.

Scott's clone. He's energy and rebellion. He loves to make as much noise as possible... unless someone he doesn't know well is around. Then he's a bit shy. But he's getting more outgoing as the days go by. He requests "cake" almost daily, can drink a capri sun in less than a minute, and is a daredevil. He's resillent and a little crazy. :) He love cars,trains, planes, boats, etc. and can throw a ball like a major league pitcher. He doesn't sit still very long, but he's a sweet little nugget. I love my baby C! Little monkey man.
